In addition to the order confirmation email, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) when your order is ready to ship out. You can track your order using this tracking number or by clicking "View your order" in the email.
You can also find tracking number(s) and order status from your SOFSYS account.
Step 1 - Go to My Account page by logging in to your account on sofsysusa.com
Step 2 - Under Order History, click on the order you want to track.
Step 3 - Click on the tracking number to view updates.
